Gisela is by far the BEST stylist I’ve ever been to. Mine for life now. :) Perfect, fast, expert, fun, and does EXACTLY what you ask for. She is the manager there for good reason and this is a great place.

My son came in for a haircut 3.20.22. He had really long hair and chose a new style (long layered) and brought a picture. The stylist butchered it completely. It appears she did not look at the picture or listen to his instructions. It is uneven, very short all around, and with no layered texture that he requested. It would be nice if you could just say, "No, I don't know how to cut hair that way." Instead of devastating him and scarring him from wanting to ever get his hair cut again. Maybe post that your stylists can only cut short hair shorter with zero ability or style.

Drive in from put of town specifically to get a haircut. Sign in, think there is only 1 person ahead of me. Sit on my *** for 20 minutes, gal asks if I'm waiting someone. I say no, I'm signed in for a hair cut. Notice two guys come in, go right back. Finally see a monitor hidden on the wall, it will be at least an hour to get a hair cut. I was a pretty good customer. That has come to an end. What a shot hole place. Overpriced substandard haircuts. At least it USED to be fast.
