My son came in for a haircut 3.20.22. He had really long hair and chose a new style (long layered) and brought a picture. The stylist butchered it completely. It appears she did not look at the picture or listen to his instructions. It is uneven, very short all around, and with no layered texture that he requested. It would be nice if you could just say, "No, I don't know how to cut hair that way." Instead of devastating him and scarring him from wanting to ever get his hair cut again. Maybe post that your stylists can only cut short hair shorter with zero ability or style.

Took my boyfriend in for his weekly military cut, the fade was awful and another stylist had to step in and “fix” it. There’s a very obvious line, and they ignored him when he said not to take any off the top. They took at least almost a full inch off. Then he was required to tip. Not happy at all.

Always friendly. Typically fast. Great haircut and hot towel and hair wash. I’ve been coming for 3 yrs
